A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Your doula can help you understand your options, prepare for birth, practice comfort techniques, and communicate your preferences with your care team. During labor, she may offer reassurance, position suggestions, breathing guidance, massage, and support for your partner. A doula does not replace your doctor or midwife or make medical decisions.

Whether you’re planning to give birth at a hospital, birthing center or welcoming your baby at home, you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. As your doula, I help you understand your options, prepare for the experience you envision, and advocate for your preferences; while working collaboratively with your birth provider. My role is to ensure your voice remains at the center of your care, wherever you choose to give birth.
