Hi, I’m Emma, a trained doula serving families throughout Western North Carolina. As a mother myself, I understand how deeply personal pregnancy and birth can be, and how valuable it is to have someone beside you who listens, reassures, and helps you feel prepared.
My approach is warm, judgment-free, and grounded in informed choice. I’ll help you understand your options, communicate your preferences, and feel confident advocating for the care you deserve. I’m also here for your partner, I offer guidance, reassurance, and practical ways for them to stay connected and involved throughout labor and birth.

My own birth story and motherhood began in June of 2020. The isolating experience during birth ignited a passion for documentation & human experience.
I am a Mother.
I moved to Western North Carolina when I was 2 years old. I have called Asheville home for most of my life. It's a beautiful town and I love the community I have here.
Raised in the Mountains.
I have had an interest in photography from a young age. I started shooting professional photography in 2020, I'm lucky to have the ability to see 2 different passions in my life come together. If you are interested in birth photography, I sincerely love documenting unique birth journeys.
